This is a presentation I did for Asheville Friends of Astrology on April 20, 2018. I chose this topic because although I am primarily a Tropical Astrologer at this point in my career, I still work quite a lot with the Chinese system. In this presentation I share different ways that I work with Chinese & Western Astrology together — as their own individual systems that can communicate in tandem. This is not an attempt to merge the two systems, but to find the fluid connections between them. I respect Chinese Astrology and still consider myself quite novice with my understanding of it as a whole system, but its perspectives are nonetheless helpful even at the basic levels :)
