Wednesday Taoist Cosmology & Cultivation Lecture Series

On the first Wednesday of every month, Mela is offering an ongoing lecture series on Taoist Cosmology and Cultivation.

These classes will elucidate the purpose of doing self integration work, which is the tangible and personal development side to all grounded intuitive work. I welcome anyone who is interested in the lecture series to also consider trying out our Tai Chi & Qigong classes. The training of Qigong and the Internal Arts is highly beneficial for health as well as spiritual development, as it helps fortify our energy field and stimulates the potential for deeper evolutionary process.

These lectures will be open to the public, as well as any current Tao Institute students. The cost for this lecture is $30 to drop in, or it is included in monthly training at our standard tuition rates.

Each lecture class will include about 15-20 minutes of basic Qigong practice, then we will sit (cushions are provided in the school) for our discussion. The lectures will be filmed for our online programs as well. These lectures will cover a variety of topics pertaining to Taoist cosmology, theory, cultivation and spiritual development along the path.

You do not need to have attended the previous lectures in order to join.  However, Video recordings of Mela's previous lectures are available on our Online Resource Membership Library. If you've missed a lecture and would like to see previous lectures, this is where you can find them.
